Chef Brent Hines comes to us with a wide range of culinary artistic talents. With ten years culinary experience, his training includes the world famous Le Cordon Bleu with additional studies under French Master Chefs. His unique cooking styles include classic French, Hawaiian, Asian, Southwestern and Wild Game. His previous Chef experience includes Old Hickory Steakhouse at the Gaylord Texan and Zagat top rated Keystone Ranch in Keystone, Colorado along with other fine dining restaurants around Texas. Sky Creek Grill offers a delicious assortment of upscale American and Continental bistro dishes with a contemporary western flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Whether you enjoy steak, grilled salmon, pasta, salads, sandwiches or just a great hamburger and cold beer, our wonderful selection of new menu items and wines offer many choices for everyone.
