Thank you for your interest in Sky Creek Ranch. Unfortunately, we are unable to meet with all of the vendors/service providers who seek appointments with our staff. Please review the following guidelines for information regarding our current suppliers. Food and Disposables: Our current agreement is with entegra Procurement Services, a subsidiary of Sodexho. New products and suppliers are reviewed periodically throughout the year by entegra Procurement Services. Please contact them as noted below for more information. Beverage: Our beverage programs have been finalized for the next 5 years. We will not be entertaining any new suppliers at this time. Maintenance: All of our core products and services required by our Maintenance Department are covered under long term agreements. If you wish to submit according to the instructions below, and you meet our minimum requirements, you will be considered for our bid lists. Merchandise: Assortment planning takes place once per year and is finalized in January. New vendors are screened in November each year and appointments made with those that are selected. Please submit your information per the instructions below by November 1 and you will be notified if an appointment is requested. We are unable to inventory any teaching aid products. Please follow the instructions below if you are willing to follow these guidelines and meet the criteria below. Technology, Marketing, Advertising, Printing and other miscellaneous services. We are currently working with selected partners in each of these areas where we require professional tools and/or services. MINIMUM CRITERIA FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS: Our minimum requirement is that your company must have been in business for at least 5 years, serving the golf industry.
