How many players does SCR consider a tournament? 16 to 144 players. What is required to set up a tournament? ♦ The tournament date, the desired start time, and the time of day. Based on your criteria, we will determine what our availability will be. ♦ Your contact information such as address, phone number and email address when you make your reservation. ♦ An executed tournament contract and a deposit in order to hold your event date. When is the final amount due? The full balance is due eight (8) days prior to the event. Can we bring in outside food or beverage? We do not allow food or beverage from outside vendors. Can I have a shotgun start? Yes; however, you will need a minimum of 72 players for a shotgun start. Is there a banquet area for awards? Yes, we have a wonderful banquet facility along with a professional team of catering and event specialists on hand to assist with all the details. Can you assist with tee prizes, trophies, merchandise, banners, sponsor signs or hole in one insurance? Yes! We can customize all-inclusive packages based on your budget and the size of the event. Will the course set up the foursomes, provide scorecards and cart signs, and do the scoring after the event? We will provide the personalized scorecards and cart signs. All you need to do is send us your pairings. We also have experienced staff to handle the scoring after the event. Will the course hang our banners for us and put out our tee signs? Yes. We are happy to take care of these details for you.
