Originally from North Dakota, Bryan has worked at a variety of golf courses. He started working at a 9 hole municipal course in Beulah, ND at the age of 14 and worked the summer golf seasons throughout high school. After graduating, Bryan attended Bismarck St College and studied Computer Science. While in school he worked at Hawktree Golf Course in Bismarck for 2 years. After really getting involved in the golf business at Hawktree , Bryan decided to make a career out of it. He went on to attend Rutgers University’s Turfgrass Management Program where he graduated in 2005. During his tenure at  Rutgers, Bryan did an internship at Castle Pines Golf Club in Castle Rock, CO.

After graduating he was hired on as a crew leader at Castle Pines where he worked for 2 more years and was involved with 3 PGA tournaments. In the spring of 2007 Bryan moved to California for a job at La Costa Resort and Spa. Bryan spent 7 years as the Assistant Superintendent at La Costa and was involved in a 36 hole renovation and 2 LPGA tournaments. In February of 2014 Bryan made the move to Texas for the Superintendent job at Sky Creek Ranch. He currently lives in Keller with his girlfriend Angel and their dog Saydee. Bryan is an avid sports fan. His favorite teams are The Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Blackhawks and the University of North Dakota’s hockey team.
