How the MGA Tournament Works

The League is set up like the PGA Tour's "FedEx Cup" where players can earn points and merchandise/food and beverage credit based on the position they finish with either their Gross or Net score. Formats will change from week to week with both Individual and 2-Man formats with play days on Wednesdays and Saturdays most weeks.

MGA Player of the Year Points Race

22 Regular Seasons Events including Four Majors (players limited to earning points in their best 15 finishes)
Top 64 Points Earners advance to First Round of MGA Playoffs
Top 32 Points Earners advance to Second Round of MGA Playoffs
Top 16 MGA Points Earners advance to MGA Season Championship

MGA Player of the Year is determined by the lowest 18 Hole Net (85% Handicap) Score when combined with the additional Starting Strokes determined by position in points standings.
